I am sure that you encounter a broad range of clients with varying degrees of experience in real estate. As novices in the experience we rely heavily on the realtor to help us through the process. We appreciated your care in walking us through each step of the process and helping to guide us. I would encourage you to take the time to communicate the obvious to your client as many may simply not be aware of details that most in real estate would consider the basics.
We are happy with our new home and the sale of our last place. You made the process easier then we could have imagined.
